Bruce grew up with music at home, inspired by his mother's classical training in voice and piano. After many years of instrumental music instruction ranging from piano to cornet and tuba and acoustic guitar, he discovered a love for the bass guitar at the early age of eleven. Without forsaking his traditional musical roots he developed his skill on the bass by playing in dozens of local bands throughout high school and college. In his many years of playing he has performed both live and in the studio with some of the areas most accomplished musicians in cover-bands and original projects.
